Neil Sonneveld runs a financial planning business called Mansfield Financial Planning. His business specialises in the retirement space and serves a high-touch service to their clients.
Mansfield Financial Planning had an opportunity to take on a group of clients from another advisory group but it wasn’t possible given their current workload without building the team. At first, I was hesitant because I know that it takes a bit of time to get outsourcing up and running efficiently. It takes a fair bit of time to see the benefits but now it’s made a massive difference to our business. We have a lot more time to focus on clients because all of the administrative tasks are taken care of. I have more time on my hands to service my clients and as a result of that, I’m enjoying the work more.”
