Our Story

Petra grew up in a small town in the Czech Republic with a passion for adventure and a dream of proving to herself that she could achieve anything — even with only a few words of English to her name.

At 18, she moved to the UK to learn the language and land an office job in central London. There, she discovered that the back office is the lifeblood of any business, and set out to master administration and support functions to understand what makes companies succeed — and why so many small businesses fail.

In 2014, Petra chased her next adventure to Australia, where she built on her finance studies to master the accounting and advice industry. In this age-old sector, she saw an opportunity: most professional services firms had inefficient back offices, trapping them in transactional work with no capacity to deliver real value.

That insight led her to develop her proprietary methodology, Koruna Assist. Using it, she helped a leading financial services franchise scale its branch to the #1 rank in the country, win six national awards, and achieve over 400% growth in three years.

Now, having proven her methodology, Petra is pursuing her next adventure: helping more businesses eliminate back office bottlenecks, deliver greater value to clients, and build more profitable enterprises — giving owners more time to do what they love.
